It was a historic week for Spreadsheet Fantasy, with two of the league’s original members earning milestones. Although Tiger Woods has won a ridiculous 75 times on the PGA Tour, just four have those come since the league’s inaugural season in 2010. Bryce would have reached the ten win mark much sooner, but through the first couple of seasons he had an affinity for benching wins, leaving a tier three victory on the pine in both 2010 and 2011. After earning just three wins through the first two seasons, he erupted with six wins last year, and he’s off to a great start again in 2013. It took Bryce just 107 weeks to reach double digit wins, making him the second fastest to hit that mark behind James. The other milestone reached this week was Brent, notching his 100th career top ten. Rickie Fowler and Charles Howell III contributed top tens number 99 and 100 at Torrey Pines as Brent is the third fastest to reach the mark behind Beast and James, who took 96 and 98 weeks respectively. Brent has posted back-to-back 30 top ten seasons, and he’s on pace to do the same again this year with a far more ‘Americanized’ roster than in years past. Congratulations to both Bryce and Brent on their respective achievements!
