This past weekend, your league Commissioner and Head of Officiating took it upon themselves to travel down to the United States and scout out the very reputable course known as King’s Walk. Although this Arnold Palmer designed course is just 6082 yards in length, it makes up for it’s distance with well placed bunkers and challenging fescue. Par for the course is an even 72 made up of four par-3s, four par-5s, and ten par-4s, giving it a very well balanced layout. The greens were in particularly excellent condition, with each putt rolling as true as the last. Although a vicious rainstorm was conjured up by Arnie on the sixth hole, it did little to dampen the spirits of your league’s two scouts. Brent called King’s Walk “A splendid layout in America’s heartland…A must play for any fan of the King”. While James said, “A round at King’s Walk is a pleasure equal to or greater than an Osicki’d Major victory”. King’s Walk is now officially a Spreadsheet Fantasy sanctioned course, and from this point on, any manager will receive one extra move for each round played at Arnie’s Palace. Enjoy.
